Actor’s Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have secretly sold their stunning Hawaii compound on Kauai’s North Shore. The estate comes with 6.91 acres, some four residential structures, and 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths, and 2 half bathrooms.

The couple reportedly sold the compound for $12 million. The estate has two gated entrances and multiple structures throughout the property to guarantee complete privacy. There is a two-story main house that has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It also features super tall ceilings and custom doorways to fit the property’s original owner, 7’2 tall basketball player Kareem Abdul Jabbar. The home was built in 1986 for the NBA superstar who then sold it to the Smith’s in 2015.

There’s also a carriage house that offers another bedroom and bathroom, a multi-purpose studio that has a half bathroom, and a guesthouse that offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

As a stunning Hawaiian estate, it of course also provides tons of 5-star amenities including a 50-foot-long swimming pool and spa, a poolside pavilion with its own bathroom and bar, an orchard (because why not?) and a tennis court. Being on an island, it also is home to countless exotic plant and animal life.

There’s also a trail that carves its way down a bluff to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Of course, no mansion would come without A/C so the new residents can expect to remain cool in each of the four structures on the property. Beautiful ocean views, vaulted ceilings, and stunning glass doors open up to lanais in each residential spot.
