James Gandolfini’s Former West Village Condo on the Market

Late actor James Gandolfini’s former West Village condo has finally made it to the market for $7.5million. The condo features four-bedrooms, and four-bathrooms, and is located on the building’s second floor. It was listed by his ex-wife, who retained the title after their 2003 divorce.

James Gandolfini was said to have raised his son in the condo, so it has sentimental value to the family as well. Located on 99 Jane Street, the condo was upgraded by Gandolfini and his ex-wife after they bought two apartments for just $2 million in 1999 and renovated them into a single unit.

After the renovations the property spanned some 3,200 square feet with 10-foot tall ceilings. There’s also a master suite with a jacuzzi, a separate den area, and a 30-foot living room with windows all around. There’s also two sets of washers and dryers for the unit.

With an open floorplan, the loft-like apartment has a formal living room and an open gallery along with maple wood flooring throughout.

Gandolfini was most well-known for his role in the hit TV show “The Sopranos.”
