Adam Levine Sells Beverly Hills Pad

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo just spent some $18 million on a 1.2-acre estate in L.A.’s Holmby Hills community four months ago but have already decided to list it. The couple stripped then remodeled the property for a quick flip by listing it for $18.9 million.

The single-story home was designed by architect Caspar Ehmcke, and is tucked behind a set of iron gates that tout gorgeous tropical landscaping. Right next door to the property is the Los Angles Country Club as well—a bonus for buyers.

Featuring 5.5 bathrooms and five bedrooms, the home has 9,221-square-feet. The backyard features an outdoor oasis, according to the listing. It includes a uniquely shaped pool and a smooth stone terrace along with a poolside cabana. The front yard also has enough room for a three-car garage and is home to a detached two-story guesthouse that allows for plenty of privacy.

The couple also sold a swanky loft-style home in lower Manhattan for $5.4 million to shoe designer Nick Lucio, and they currently own a massive home in Beverly Hills. Levine, however, is still trying to get rid of his bachelor pad in Beverly Hills.
