Former L.A. Clippers point guard turned Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul
has placed his Bel-Air mansion back on the market for $9.249 million. The NBA star bought the 12,184-square-foot home from singer Avril Lavigne in 2012 for $8.495 million. His July asking price was reported at $10.25 million, but he obviously couldn’t secure that price.

The nine-time all-star player’s L.A. home features eight-bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms all set within a secure two-acre estate. Paul also renovated the property during his ownership updating it with hardwood flooring and white gallery walls.

Some of the home’s highlights include a wine cellar, billiards room and sauna, an elevator and a 12-seat theatre. There’s also a chef’s kitchen with custom dark cabinetry and marble countertops. The two story foyer also sits above a ten-car garage below the home.

The master bedroom has its very own fireplace with kitchenette and a private balcony. Outdoors, there’s beautiful landscaping featuring rolling hills and a gorgeous pool.

The 32-year-old averaged 18.1 points and 9.2 assists while with the Clippers last season. He was a serious trade to Houston which got the Clippers a first-round pick and lost them seven other players.
